What a day looks like
Breakfast when people wake, not on a schedule. Someone always in the living room. A hot midday meal cooked here, not delivered. Afternoons on the porch when the weather allows. Two caregivers awake through the night.
Our staff know every resident by name, know which ones do not sleep well, and know who takes her coffee black. In a house this size that is not a promise — it is just what happens.
The rooms
Every room has its own private bathroom. No sharing with the room next door, no trip down the hall at two in the morning. In a great many homes that is not the case, and it is worth asking about everywhere you look.
Rooms are comfortable rather than large. Residents spend their days in the living room, the dining room and on the porch — not shut in a bedroom. Private and shared rooms are both available.
What it costs
Every price below is all-inclusive. No care-level surcharges. No medication management fee. No incontinence supply charge. What we quote is what you pay.

Community fee: $2,000, one time. Most communities in this area charge between $2,000 and $5,000. Ours covers preparing the room, the initial care assessment and care plan, admission paperwork, and help with waiver applications where they apply.
Level 1 — help with medications, bathing prompts, meals, laundry and housekeeping. Mobile, transfers on her own.
Level 2 — hands-on help with bathing, dressing and toileting. One-person transfer. Some memory support. Bladder incontinence with scheduled toileting.
Level 3 — two-person or lift transfer, bowel and bladder incontinence, significant memory support, or help with eating.
We assess at move-in and review every six months. If a level changes, we call you first. A letter never arrives cold.
Who looks after your family member
Caregivers work two twelve-hour shifts, so the same faces are here day after day rather than rotating through an agency. An RN is on staff. A manager is on site.
Paying with a Medicaid waiver
Ridge Manor of Rossville is an approved Georgia Medicaid Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP) provider, serving eligible CCSP and SOURCE participants.
We can help you understand how CCSP and SOURCE might fit a care plan. Eligibility and authorisation are determined by the appropriate Georgia agencies and care coordinators — we cannot promise approval, and nobody honestly can. But families do not have to wait to begin care: where appropriate, a resident can move in as private pay while a waiver application is under way.
